We will work with the site standard if possible or document a new standard if needed. Having a standard-based performance enables data collection, repeatable operations, reduces downtime, and provides a framework for future additions.
Sometimes problems show up or changes are needed, but we’re here to help. We can travel to your site to troubleshoot problems and make major changes, or we can use remote access tools for small changes and faster troubleshooting.
Travel time and expense will not be billed for our immediate service areas.
We use a reduced rate for travel time and we don’t markup travel expenses for job sites that are farther away.
